A two-story, one-bedroom villa designed as a complete turn-key project, where architecture, interiors, and realization were all taken care of.
Created for a couple who occasionally host friends, the villa features a small splash pool, generous outdoor seating areas, a tropical veranda, and expansive terraces with lounge chairs and daybeds. Inside, a built-in window seat in the living room doubles as an extra queen-sized bed, set beside a tranquil fish pond.
The living room opens to the upstairs bedroom, revealing the dramatic thatched roof and connecting the loft with the main living area—creating both grandeur and intimacy. This sense of flow continues in the open-plan kitchen, anchored by a relaxed cooking-dining island.
The design is crisp and modern, with clean shelves, built-in niches, and handmade wooden furniture, softened by lush tropical gardens and a jungle bathroom. Indoor and outdoor spaces blend seamlessly, giving the villa a calm, balanced, and peaceful vibe. Who wouldn’t want to live here?
